Welcome to TEH Meeting 81 "It's (about) politics" at WUK (Vienna, Austria)

The Meeting consists of:
- The TEH Members Day, Thursday, 5 May 2016.
- The conference "It's (about) politics" which is open to anyone interested. It takes place on Friday and Saturday, 6 and 7 May.

"It's (about ) politics" is an in-depth exploration of what it means for cultural organisations to be political. The conference is an open invitation to debate and reflect upon the importance of art and culture in a political present characterised by the dynamics of inequality.

In four thematic routes – including more than 30 workshops, lectures, talks, and exchanges of experiences – the conference will address a variety of issues, from contemporary political theory to practice-oriented inputs, along with different approaches to networking and building alliances.
