However if you touch her or hold her or talk to her it becomes plainly clear that she is a half human half vampire child.

Renesmee is said to be the most beautiful child in the world, much more beautiful than Edward or even Rosalie. She has bronze colored ringlets that hang past her shoulders and her mother’s human brown eyes. She has a heartbeat; a little faster than the average humans and a higher body temperature too. Like humans blood runs through her veins giving her a blush, however her skin is much more penetrable than a humans and she seems to posses normal vampire abilities, i.e. the speed, strenght, heightened senses.
